5. Paid Services and Refunds

We offer both free and paid AI agent services. Specific terms for paid services include:

• All prices are calculated in US dollars and may be adjusted for VAT
• Subscription fees are charged monthly with automatic renewal
• You can cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee
• Unused service calls do not roll over to the next billing cycle

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our AI video creation services but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for AI model updates, server maintenance, content moderation, or other technical reasons.
